Job description:
Site Leaders – running a site for our FS based holiday clubs
Assistants – assisting in our FS based holiday clubs
Volunteers – helping in our FS based holiday clubs
Person specification :
Site Leaders must have a FS L3 or above qualification and experience working with children 5 – 12 years
Assistants – must have a love of working with children in the woods Volunteers – a love of working with children in the woods
Any other information: Site Leaders will be expected to work as assistants prior to becoming a SL.
All staff are expected to do a 3 day volunteer interview, to ensure that they like us and that we are happy with them.
Love of being in woods and empathy with children and ability to work in a team are all vital to us.
