The Forest School Association (FSA) and the University of Liverpool created the world’s first International Research Symposium of Forest School.   The event took place at the University of Liverpool, in the Hub on the 26th – 28th June 2024.

It was a great opportunity to hear fronm our new and burgeoning academic community focusing on Forest School.  Over 43 academics and practitioners presented their research on Forest School ethos, pedagogy and practice.

The event was a huge success. Susequantly a number of presenters offered extended abstracts to be shared as an open resource for the Forest School
