It seems like only yesterday that we had 300 members. In fact it was April of last year (just under 11 months ago), when we first launched the website and started to attract new members. In that time your association has not only grown but also matured. We have organised a very successful national conference, launched a scheme for free membership for trainees, worked to set up locally affiliated groups, worked with the GB Forest School Trainers Network to put Forest School qualifications on the English Qualification Credit Framework (QCF), represented Forest School on a number of national platforms, democratically elected a new board from right across the Forest School world, and become a registered charity. Our focus over the next year will be the development of member benefits and the support/growth of FSA affiliated local groups across the UK.
The first of these new member benefits was launched yesterday – a huge 40% discount on Mum2Mum rain wear. What other benefits would members like to see?
