Please use the form below to pay for your 2015 conference fees. Once you submit the form you will be directed to PayPal, where you can choose to pay using your PayPal account or else using your debit / credit card as a PayPal guest. After we have received your payment we will send a confirmation email (so please make sure that you use the correct email address).
You must calculate the correct amount owned from the booking form when you complete it. The booking form will be posted to our office and we will check that the correct amount has been paid.
