FSA National Conference 2024 – Booking Information

Booking your ticket – Please read carefully before booking

It is now easier to book your conference tickets and workshops on eequ.

Just select the ticket type you want from the portal below.  Conference tickets are separated into accommodation types and in some cases, whether you opt for a fully catered or self-catered option, this includes your ticket to the event.  So make sure you pick the option you need from the list.

If you are booking with a group of friends and want to say in the same cabin, dorm, or camping pod you can easily coordinate your booking by the cabin number or letter.  We cannot guarentee that your group will have sole access to the cabin unless you book all the beds in that cabin or pod and because of GDPR we are unable to tell you who you will be sharing with so please do not ask.

We encourage each person to book separately as this will make selecting and scheduling your workshops easier once they are live and you will ensure that you get the correct discounts added to your booking as only one code can be used per booking.

After feedback from past FSA Conferences at Danbury, we are offering indoor accommodation that is single sex. To provide opportunities for everyone to attend the FSA Conference we have designated one dormitory as male only (CABIN 6), and two designated as mixed (CABIN 5 and 9) for all genders and anyone else who prefers this option. The remainder are designated as female only. We reserve the right to move individuals to rooms/beds of similar value and change the designations of dorms as space and bookings dictate.

Twin rooms in a cabin – If you re booking a twin room in a cabin your party must book both beds in a cabin/pod.  You will be asked to indicate whom you are sharing with, if you are the first to book and we will watch for your room partners booking to confirm both.  Incomplete bookings will automatically be removed after 24 hours.  Please be aware these rooms have bunk beds and may not be suitable for everyone.

Discounted Tickets

FSA members get a £35 discount on their booking get your code here.

When adding your discount codes during the booking, please ENSURE that you select the APPLY CODE button on the TICKETS page and that the discounted amount is removed from your total. Mistakes cannot be rectified later.
